Partner Lab Relationship
Offices are required to work with Prudental Lab for a minimum of 60 consecutive days to ensure quality standards and service levels meet office expectations. If you are not an existing customer, please email Dan@prudentallab.com
Monthly Lab Volume
To support the investment in the digital scanner, practices should maintain a minimum monthly lab spend of $3,500. Practices that doC does not meet this threshold will be billed $500 for each month the requirement is not met.
Scanners Per Practice
Multiple scanners can be requested per practice. Please note: the $3,500/month minimum applies to each scanner individually.
Digital Case Submission Commitment
Upon receiving a scanner, offices are expected to submit 90% or more of their lab cases to Prudental Lab using digital workflows.
Training & Team Adoption
To successfully transition all case types—including fixed, removable, night guards, and implant cases—the entire office team must be committed to completing the required training.
Tips Not Included
Prudental Lab does not provide or cover the cost of intraoral scanner tips. Practices are responsible for acquiring the tips they need.
